Agreement

By creating an account or using Kadai, you agree to these Terms. If you use Kadai on behalf of a business, you represent that you can bind that business. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

The service

Kadai provides multi-tenant point-of-sale, inventory, team, and optional online ordering tools. Features may change as we ship improvements. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Accounts & tenants

• You are responsible for credentials, staff invites, and activity under your tenant.
• Owners control roles and access; staff must use the product only as authorised.
• One active session per user may be enforced for security.
• You must provide accurate business information where required for receipts or compliance.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service beyond ordinary use.
• Upload unlawful content or process payments for illegal activity.
• Resell access or misrepresent affiliation with Kadai.
• Attempt to access another tenant’s data.

Your content

You retain rights to products, orders, and other business data you submit. You grant us a licence to host and process that data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the legality of your catalogue, pricing, and customer communications.

Payments & fees

Kadai may offer free and paid plans. Payment rails inside the POS (cash, UPI, card, bank) are between you and your customers or payment providers — we are not a party to those transactions unless explicitly stated. Subscription fees, if any, will be disclosed before you subscribe.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our aggregate liability arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or ₹0 if you use a free plan).

Termination

You may stop using Kadai at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or extended inactivity. Provisions that by nature should survive (including liability limits and IP) will survive termination.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
